Whats the point in having and "Export" button if it doesnt do anything? Definitely needs reminders as well!

Too much effort for very little benefit. Look elsewhere.

Excellent app for PRN meds. Easy 2 use. Able to bypass reminder. Can see what has been taken so less chance of overdose.

Very helpful app. It would be a great app. If a couple of things were added. NOTES, would enhance a lot. Not all meds work, recording that info. would be helpful. Also would help noting when dose changes take place. The ability to ARCHIVE or File for meds that dont work or have allergies.

Nice and simple app without all the extra junk some of the similar apps have. Would even be better if it didnt require filling out any other fields other than the name if not wanting to use the reminder. I just want to know time last taken and amount of time passed since taken. 5 stars for this free app.

I like the wat it lists medications. I like that it keeps a history and tells when you last took a meducation? The remunders do not always come through, though. It would be nice if nit had a pill counter.<

Very useful app. I use it to track my "as-needed" pain meds and lets me know, with just a quick glance, when I last took something and also if it is safe to take again. I also use it to track other events as well, like last time I had my port flushed (injectable port for chemo). Would love to see an option to get rid of adds, and it gives me strange error messages once in a while. But overall, I depend on this app many times a day! Thanks for this simple but very useful app!!

Its filled with ads

I wanted an app that would remind me of when I last took my med and keep a list of times taken WITHOUT having to have alarms going off at me all the time. This is the ONLY one I found that gives you a choice of whether you want an alarm. Easy to use. Very helpful to me.

I had this rated at a "4," but every issue/request Id mentioned here (save 2) has been addressed! This app is, quite simply, invaluable. Absolutely fantastic. I looked and looked, and this is one of the *only* that you can record PRN meds--by far the best, and the most customizable. Easy & fast to use, the explanations in the "?"s are great :) I would still pay to remove the ads! And would like to sync between my iPad & phone, but thats not a big deal at all (for me, anyway). I seriously rely on this for everything from my asthma inhaler to if my kids are sick, and I need to keep track of when they need ibuprofen or other medicine. Get this!

Not working with iOS7. Crashes when you click the take now button.

This app does exactly what I need it to. It allows me to log in when I take my meds without annoying me with notifications. Though notifications are an option if that is what you want. It is much easier than using iPads calendar for the same thing. MedTracker has ads but they are not intrusive.

Thanks for an app that does nothing more than let me know if Ive taken my meds or not. But one that can do so much more than that if I want it too!

Exactly what I was looking for. Post surgical med tracking is tricky and for pain management it is essential not to get behind. This app lets me put in how many hours before I can take the medication again or it lets me put on a specific time. I like the alarm option but this can also be turned off.

Really like this app. Makes it easy to track all the meds I use and reminds me whenever I forget. One thing I would really like to see is the ability to rearrange the order of the meds after they are added. At least I havent run across this option yet.

Really handy app to have post surgery to correct my meds. I said almost perfect, because it would be nice to have it display a little bit more prominently the actual time when I can take my next dose of medicine. could you pleeeeaase add that?

Has the basic feature I wanted, which is the ability to track intervals. Worked for a day but then stopped logging-- hitting "take now" buzzed but didnt log. Also, not entirely intuitive to use, and sometimes downright confusing. Anyone having difficulty thinking clearly (which can be the case with illness and meds) should not use it. Also, no updates in over a year. Sorry to be harsh, but this needs work.

Been looking everywhere for something simple that tracks when Ive taken my cold meds. Perfect for meds you have to take every so many hours. Love that its stupidly simple to update while taking meds, and I can fix the times entered. Also easy to see a report of how many times Ive had it today. And I can set reminders to go off if I go too long without it! LOVE THIS. Dont know why its so hard to get this combo of features and simplicity in the same app. Seriously, whoever made this, THANK YOU!!

This app is perfect for families (or individuals) who need to keep track of meds. I use it every day to track my own, as well as my wife, and childrens medication usage. The only two ways i could see to improve this app are: 1- allow usage of decimals in the amount taken field when setting up medications. This way when you take 1.5 tabs or 2.5 ml you can correctly display that information. 2-add tabs at the top of the screen to switch between members of a household (also a tab for everyone like it is now) that way I can sort which meds are taken by who faster, and find a medication quicker.
