MedTracker is a complexity free application that records the dates and times over-the-counter or prescription medications have been taken.

For someone taking prescription medications it’s not uncommon to miss the correct time to take the medication. MedTracker tracks the actual time medication was taken in a single view, using the simple Take Now button. With the optional notifications turned on, MedTracker will determine the time to take the next dose and notify you on your device. MedTracker provides an option to require input of the actual quantity taken when the Take Now button is tapped.

Families with multiple children will appreciate MedTrackers ability to keep track of multiple medications for multiple people and easily see when medications should be taken. For the busy parent, consumption history can be added or modified after the fact.

All of us, with busy lifes, take a pill and then sometime later cant remember exactly when or if we took it. It’s typical to ask the question, "When did I take that aspirin?", or "Did I take my vitamins today?" By adding the simple step of pressing one button in the front view of MedTracker it becomes clear when the medication was taken and when the next dose should be taken.

Pros and cons of MedTracker app for iPhone and iPad

MedTracker app good for

Good app, sorts if you put same username in each med entry, but that should be in start of use instructions. I had to find out by trial and error. Sadly, ad supported with no option to buy. Ads are useless and the same thing over and over and over again to the point of strong aversion. Nothing I want is ever advertised. Let us purchase freedom from these boring ads! Your app support page freezes nov 2016. In iOS 10 your recent update is extremely slow. Please fix it.
It works...enables easy data capture of the what, when, and how much. Only one thing missing - a notes field to capture the Why, esp. important for PRN meds.
Greatest app I have found and have been using for years. Only thing that would improve it would be the ability to sync. With my other iOS devices. Usually use the ipad but when not home I use the iPhone but it will not sync. To the iPad.

Some bad moments

This app is great for those that take several medications daily. Its so easy to use and the log helps to make sure you havent taken too much or too little of each medication. The recent update makes it even easier to use as it now "clicks" when you log the medication you are taking. With this app I can make sure I havent doubled up or forgotten a medication. Such a great app and to top it off its free! Thank you for such a great app. I have tried others, but this app far exceeds any other medication log app out there.
After very brief use, this seems like a nice little app. Ive got 2 sick kids and am using it to keep track of their medications. I live that this can track both of their meds but there doesnt seem to be a way to change the time that you gave a med (I rarely get to the app the minute they get their meds and the OCD in me may go a bit crazy of I get sidetracked and its an hour off.) only med tracker that Ive seen so far though that will track 2 different people.
One page, user friendly. A must if your taking several medication a day. Thank You, C&C S.
Its been most useful and helpful. Id gladly give it a 5-star rating once it offers push notifications.
I was looking for an app that would help to remind me when multiple meds were due to be taken. This app does not offer push notifications, so it is of no use to me. Also I do not believe more than one person can be added. Not for moms with more than one sick child.
Nice that you can track more than one persons meds but un-editable - cant change dosage or time given (not a big deal if you are just keeping track of a daily med, but if you need to monitor a med more closely and dont tell the app EXACTLY at the time you take it, you cant got back and adjust it). Being that its free, I cant really complain, but I dont see it being very useful for my purposes and will probably be deleting it.
